Minitures of Iranian Emerging Composers

The best way to learn how to compose for a certain instrument is to learn from the experience and knowledge of the person who mastered all its secrets and possibilities – a performer. The best way to learn how to put certain, quite often unconventional sound ideas on a piece of paper in a clear and readable way is to learn from the experience of an established composer’s tutoring.
Miniatures of Iranian Emerging Composers is a project bringing together young aspiring composers and well established instrumentalists, who coached together by a composition tutor, work on a preparation of a short etude for a chosen instrument.
Educational accent in this project transforms into high artistic value, where contributors have
a chance to learn new things together and share the results of their work with the public.
Program includes presentation of drafts, concepts or fully developed etudes for certain instrument, which were prepared in a composer – instrumentalist – composition tutor team within a week time of classes, as follows:
